1. Do you travel for destination weddings? Is there a travel fee?

Yes! We're open to any and all locations. Most of the time, travel is already included. If your location requires additional travel, we’ll communicate that clearly from the beginning so you know exactly what to expect. 

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Absolutely. We believe your engagement session should feel relaxed, meaningful, and true to who you are. We'll help guide you through choosing a location, selecting a time, and offering recommendations if desired. More than anything, our goal is to create an experience where you can simply be together—allowing moments to unfold naturally while we document this season of your story.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that life doesn't always unfold as planned. If your wedding date changes and we're available, we'll gladly transfer your reservation to the new date. If we're unavailable or the event is canceled entirely, the retainer remains non-refundable, as it secures your date and represents work completed behind the scenes. Every situation is unique, and we'll always approach unexpected circumstances with care, understanding, and open communication.

4. What is your backup process?

Protecting your memories is one of our highest priorities. We photograph every wedding using professional camera bodies with dual memory card slots, creating an immediate backup while we're documenting your day. After your wedding, every file is securely stored across multiple locations—throughout our editing and delivery process.
